The Second Sunday of Easter takes us to the upper room where the disciples were huddled in fear. Thomas, not following the shelter in place order, was out and about. When he returns, he would not believe unless he touched the wounds on the resurrected body of Christ. The readings for this Sunday invite us to reflect on what kind of community have we become and what kind of community will we become after the crisis of Covid-19 is over?
