Fr. Barry Fischer, C.PP.S. is a former Moderator General of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood and a noted retreat leader. During the retreat, he will help us connect Precious Blood spirituality to Pope Francis’ call for renewal. The retreat will offer time for private reflection, group sharing, and prayer.
Each day will include two presentations, prayer and Eucharist. There will be ample time for private prayer and reflection. The college chapel is always open, and its park-like campus is open to exploration.
Three housing options are available: the Residential Suites, Schwietermann Hall, and Seifert Hall. Linens and pillows will be provided; blankets and towels will not be provided. Each room includes a bed, desk and chair. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The presentations, socials and group sharing will take place in the Halleck Student Center. Walking between locations will be necessary.
All meals will be served in the Halleck Student Center cafeteria. A range of options will be available, including a salad bar, sandwich bar, hot meals, and desserts. Special dietary needs can be accommodated. (Please see the back of this page for more information.)

Directions

Rensselaer, which is in the central time zone, is off I-65, approximately 90 minutes from Chicago and Indianapolis. If you are flying into Chicago, we recommend Midway Airport. Indianapolis International Airport also offers convenient access to the college, and there is an affordable shuttle service from that airport to Lafayette, Ind. Rensselaer is also served by Amtrak.
