Fr. Keith Branson, C.PP.S.

Fourth Councilor of the Kansas City Province

Fr. Keith Branson, C.PP.S. is the chaplain at Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ordained in 2000, he has been a preacher, a spiritual director, a teacher, a college administrator, a pastor, and a chaplain.

Before joining the Missionaries of the Precious Blood, Fr. Branson earned a PhD in music from the University of Kansas. As a musician, he worked in many different churches, directing choirs of all ages, taught music on several levels, and presented organ recitals and workshops in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Indiana and Ohio, as well as having original compositions performed at the University of Kansas, the University of Nebraska, and Catholic Theological Union.
