Dear Members of the Society of the Precious Blood,
Thank you for your recent gift. We truly appreciate your grant of $6,000. Know that this donation will go towards the following services: prescriptions for medicine; obtaining IDs, including driver’s licenses and birth certificates; travel expenses to return home; help with rent and utilities when other agencies no longer have funds; gas and maintenance for the van which provides transportation for clients.
Thus far, in 2017, we have assisted over 200 clients at Welcome Central. The greatest needs have been for assistance with documents, transportation, food, housing and utilities. At the Interfaith Shelter of Hope we have assisted an of 15-20k people at the shelter each night. As you can see, there is truly a need for the services we are providing.
We wanted you to know how much your support means to us. Knowing you care is truly encouraging for us. Your website says that in your lives of service you are especially dedicated to those who are suffering from loneliness, despair, poverty or violence. You certainly have made an impact on us and our clients. Thanks for your belief in our ministry.
