At the 37th Provincial Assembly, the members of the Kansas City Province approved three requests for grants from Precious Blood missionaries serving in Tanzania and Guinea Bissau:

  • $252,000 to purchase a CT Scan for the St. Gaspar Referral and Teaching Hospital in Itigi, Tanzania;
  • $42,293.75 for scholarships for major seminarians studying at St. Gaspar College and Jordan University in Morogoro, Tanzania; and
  • $40,000 for the purchase of a vehicle for their missionaries serving in Guinea Bissau.

We have received these notes of gratitude from our CPPS brothers.

Dear Fr. Provincial,
I hope this email finds you fine. We too are fine. We attach our letter of appreciation for the fund given for the hospital so that we can continue with the ministry of healing. We do not have the right words for what you have done. We say thank you and we promise you to inform more on what we have reach.
Thank you again to you and all Missionaries of Precious Blood at the Kansas City Province.
