Lent: On the Road to Recovery

Part of the Day of Prayer & Reflection Series
Saturday, March 8, 2014
9 AM – 3 PM
Precious Blood Center
2130 Saint Gaspar Way, Liberty, MO
The season of Lent invites us to experience a spiritual recovery—to recover our true self, that image of God within us. As Thomas Merton wrote, “To say that I am made in the image of God is to say that love is the reason for my existence, for God is love. Love is my true identity.” Through the Lenten Scriptures, we will explore our true identity as God’s beloved daughters and sons.
